I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the students who were involved in the recent performances at the Redlands Eisteddfod last week. Ormiston College was beautifully represented by our choral students whose musicality shone in each and every performance.
The results were outstanding –
Pochino Choir – First Place (95/100)
OC Voices – Highly Commended (94/100)
Redback Chorus – First Place (97/100)
OC Chamber Singers – First Place (98/100)
OC Chorus – Second Place (97/100)
OCTAVE – First Place (99/100)
Huge thanks must go to our conductors and accompanists for all of their efforts in helping our students to achieve these results and a big thank you to all the families who continue to support the Choral program at Ormiston in so many ways.
